Youth Football
PICO Football Camps – Middle & High School
PICO’s Football Camps welcome youth of all backgrounds to develop football skills, teamwork, and discipline in a fun, supportive environment. Beyond athletics, the camps build leadership, confidence, and resilience—skills that help students succeed in school and life. By fostering connection, mentorship, and community engagement, PICO’s camps create positive opportunities for youth, strengthen families, and contribute to a healthier, more vibrant community.
Our Beginnings
In 1998, PICO launched its first annual sports camp to educate, empower, and encourage youth—especially Pacific Islander and Pacific Islander American children—to be proud of who they are and where they come from. The five-day summer camp was designed to enhance athletic ability, strengthen social skills, and provide a safe, structured, drug-free environment for youth to grow.
At camp, participants learn teamwork, positive leadership, respect, and social responsibility. Youth are encouraged to become role models—not only on the field, but in their families, schools, and communities
